Bumpdate!

I’m am now almost 23 weeks. Time really does stand still when you are waiting for something huge to happen. I’m so envious of those women who are at 36, 37, 38 weeks, and I still have a lot of growing to do. My belly measures 41″ around and my outfit options are getting scarce quickly. I realized that I much prefer to wear clothing that hugs my belly around the bottom, otherwise I feel like a beached whale, lovely.

Overall I am feeling good. I have a facebook group of over a hundred women who are all pregnant with twins so from what they are going through I seem to have it pretty easy. Aside from sore feet and legs if I am on my feet too much and my back achy, probably because I don’t stretch enough each day and getting a little winded from a phone conversation or walking up a flight of steps, I have no complaints, non at all! I built a little contraption under my desk to have my feet up as much as possible, it’s quite comfy.

When I look at these pictures my big belly looks so civilized. It seems so much bigger to me or maybe in person.

The whole standing thing gets a bit exhusting after a while.

Have a Great Weekend!

    Dear Julie,
This is wonderful. I have just spent the last 45 minutes blissfully ignoring my to do list, in order to start at the beginning of the blog since this is my first visit. I so admire your sense of humor about everything and know that you will handle being the mother of these beautiful girls with amazingly well. You should be a model for maternity clothes, and yes you do not look as big as you feel! Congratulations on the house as well, it looks really nice and I am sure you will make it look perfect (at least until they can crawl).
    Take care and feel good.
    Suzan
