I’m Julie, that’s Yasha, my husband on teh eve of our wedding day. We got married on June 27, 2010. We went on our honeymoon to thailand, we had a great time and decided while we were there we would come back, in five years, with our kids, that didn’t yet exist.
They do now, two of them, twins, idetical girls, talia and Jordan. They were born October 12, 2011. Almost exactly three years to the day that Yash and I met for the first tiem at Marows Tavern in Midtown ATlanta. You can read our story here.
I started the blog in March 2011 so that our parents who live a long distance away could be a part of my pregnancy and start gettting excite dfor two grandchildren. Before I knew it the girls were here and the blog becasue my source of sanity and creativity when my world went from me being a social butterfly to hardly going anywhere. I loved being home but I missed people, the blog made it possible for me to keep my friends up to date on how we were getting long with our new life and to hear what was new and fun in thieres all in one convienent place.
